Commercial mortgage backed securities offer up to $50 million in financing with fixed terms and low interest rates. Funding comes from issued bonds that are sold to investors.
Borrow up to $100 million for industrial properties, multifamily rental housing, self-storage facilities and mobile home parks. These loans are tailored to owner-occupied real estate and stabilized investment properties.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
Applicants with ample capital sources and high net worth may qualify for loans ranging from $5 million to over $100 million.
We offer $10 million to over $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects. Qualified applicants typically have prior equity experience.
Use a bridge loan or hard money loan to get the working capital you need. Terms and benefits include:
- Up to $100 million in financing
- Interest-only amortization
- 80% loan-to-value (LTV)
- Variable interest rates up to 14%
HUD and FHA Lending
These non-recourse loans provide up to $50 million in financing with full amortization and low, fixed interest rates. Funds may be used to acquire, build or rehabilitate senior housing, healthcare facilities, or multifamily rental housing.
Finance commercial real estate transactions in the Eurasian or European markets with loan amounts ranging from $50 million to $1 billion.
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
Finance non-flagged hotels, flagged hotels and owner-occupied properties with interest rates starting at 4.5%. Repayment terms extend to 25 years.
